RYAN GRAY
Founder & Managing Partner
Ryan is a native of Lancaster, PA and has spent over 17 years as a PGA Golf Professional. Having spent much of his career as a Director of Golf, including at Golden Ocala Golf and Equestrian Club and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, he understood the challenges associated with managing golf events. Having recognized the need for professional help with event management he founded Black Tie Golf in 2022.
Ryan is also President of the 501(C)3 non-profit, McKenzie’s Moment, that he and his wife, Kaitlin, began in 2019 after the passing of their daughter McKenzie.
SIMON HIGGS
Managing Partner
Simon originally hails from England and first came to the US in the 1990's. He spent a large portion of his 30 year career in international logistics, living and working in many different countries. For the last 10 years, he has been investing and consulting in start ups and underperforming businesses. Through his mentorship, he hopes to unlock the entrepreneurial spirit for new and existing business owners. He is a self confessed golf addict and is trying really hard to work through this issue.
